One of the key responsibilities the PPN has is to provide free training to Community Groups. Next up on our Training Series is Good Governance. Is your Community group/ organisation struggling with systems and processes that ensure that decisions are made effectively. This training which is ideally suited for all Community Groups will cover:
- the roles and responsibilities for the Clubs Officers/ Directors.
- key steps to ensure you have an effective Board of Management / Committee
- Good governance tips for your organisation in general
- the Charities Governance Code – explaining the annual reporting requirement for groups who have registered as Charities.
